1. Not professional advice
Nothing on newcomerkit.ca is financial, legal, immigration, or tax advice. It is general information for newcomers to Canada. For decisions that matter — money, visas, taxes — talk to a licensed professional.
2. Things change
Prices, features, immigration rules, and policies change often. We mark prices "as of [date]" and verify against official sources, but always confirm with the provider before making a decision.
3. No guarantees
We work hard to keep everything accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete, current, or error-free. If you spot a mistake, let us know and we will fix it.
4. Your call
Anything you do based on this site is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, newcomerkit.ca is not liable for losses or decisions that come from using it.
5. Outside links
We link to official provider websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, or practices.
